These terms cover wholesale orders placed on amazingsouvenirs.com, operated by Eyeconic Prints LLC (doing business as Eyeconic Arizona), 1749 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006.
Wholesale only
This site sells to businesses for resale. By ordering you confirm you hold a valid resale certificate and will provide it on request.
Orders and invoices
An order placed on the site is a request for an invoice, not a completed purchase. We confirm availability, add shipping at cost, and email an invoice. Production starts when the invoice is paid. Prices shown are per unit in US dollars and can change without notice; the price on your invoice is the price you pay.
Minimums
$150 per order. Small goods 3 per design in multiples of 3. Apparel 3 per design. Namedrop orders 24 shirts per design and town, plus a one-time $35 setup per design and town.
Proofs and custom work
Namedrop and other custom orders print only after you approve a digital proof. Approved proofs are final; spelling and layout on the approved proof are your responsibility. Custom-printed goods cannot be returned except for defects.
Lead times
Standard apparel turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after payment. Lead times are estimates unless a date is confirmed in writing on the invoice.
Shipping and risk
Orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Pickup orders are held for 30 days.
Defects and returns
Report damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 7 days of delivery with photos. We reprint or credit those items. Stock goods in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days for credit less shipping; custom goods may not.
Artwork
All designs are the property of Eyeconic Prints LLC and are licensed to you for resale of the goods as sold. They may not be reproduced on other products.
